Welcome to CoachAllWay. Our professional business coaching programs are designed to help clients develop leadership skills, enhance organizational performance, and achieve strategic goals through personalized guidance and resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services, digital materials, or products provided by CoachAllWay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Coaching Services

CoachAllWay delivers one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and tailored consulting sessions (collectively, “Services”). All Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2.1 Scheduling and Fees

Sessions are scheduled upon receipt of full payment of coaching fees. Fees cover the time, preparation, and materials provided by our coaching team.

2.2 Coaching Service Refund Policy

If you cancel a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a refund of the session fees. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your session to another available slot, subject to coach availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are not eligible for a refund, due to the dedicated time and resources reserved for you.

3. Informational Products

Informational products include digital courses, workbooks, and templates provided electronically.

3.1 Access and License

Upon purchase of an informational product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and access the content for your personal or internal business purposes.

3.2 Informational Product Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the complete content. To initiate a refund request, please use our contact form. After 14 days or once full access is granted, all sales are final.

4. Physical Goods

CoachAllWay may offer branded merchandise and printed materials for purchase.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be shipped to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment confirmation.

4.2 Physical Goods Refund Policy

You may send items back in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To begin this process, please contact us via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping costs to return items.

5. No Guarantees

While CoachAllWay strives for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on your commitment, participation, and the application of coaching recommendations.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website.
